He's one to talk. Episode VII is way better than the bland, lifeless dreck that was the new trilogy. Disney didn't use his ideas because his ideas made the last 3 movies suck.

force awakens was a good film no doubt but it was very unoriginal and some of the plot details and characters were not too good, lets take rey for instance, she was the worst part of the entire film, her character lacked depth, personality and was made to be too ******* perfect (perfect shot, perfect pilot, near perfect with a lightsaber, she even knew how to use jedi mind trick with 0 ******* training), there are some other thing I could go over that makes the force awakens nowhere near perfect just like the prequels.
tl;dr, force awakens is no worse then the prequels which were actually good and actually had an original plot.

jrockjesse (01/07/2016) [-] um just because he got his assed kicked does not mean he is not a good character, he also has a lot of personality, his character flaws are what make him a great character, unlike rey who has 0 flaws and is a awful character.

In his defense, the Podrace and the duel with Darth Maul were pretty much the only redeeming qualities of Episode 1.
