rui (01/06/2016) [-] I play on the PS4 and I've never had this problem and am always on legendary. At any time I can move the camera to exit the cinematic mode and can resume fighting, and from what I've seen the PC version also doesn't lock you from moving during dialog, so what am I missing? Is this some mod that also causes you to freeze in place during dialog?
