The more he sides with the social justice faggots, the worse his cancer gets.
Maybe one day he'll figure it out.
Maybe one day he'll figure it out.
******* like you are the reason he tried pretty hard to not get too involved. He's not on the SJW side, ya moron, he tried to mostly be neutral. And got tired of the whole thing, because one side kept going "You're not with us, YOU'RE A ******** MYSOGINIST!", while the other kept going "You're not with us, YOU'RE A CUCK SJW!". Except the term "cuck" wasn't as popular back then. Still, you get the idea. He's neutral. Stupid people just thing neutral = enemy that hasn't acted yet.
"Slightly more moderate"
Watching your language is only slightly more moderate than believing that any kind of "hate speech" should be silenced and that white people should be ashamed about what their ancestors did. Just slightly.
******* anything is "catering to SJWs" to you people. He doesn't put trigger warnings or any of that **** in his videos, grow the **** up.

SJWs also breathe air. I'm guessing you breathe air as well. Therefor you're an SJW. Die, scum.
Got a link to a video or a screenie of a specific tweet?
Could someone fill me in on this?
What's Cr1tikal mad about and who's Keemstar?

Here's the original video about the animator's response:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHt0NyFosPk
Here's Syndicate's response:

Have fun watching them, they're pretty long. Oh, and Keemstar is ************ again.

Honestly... I'm on syndicate's side here.
Yeah he's a ****** let's player for 12 year olds. But this is business. You sign bloody contracts. If I understood this video correctly: the animator signed a contract with a third party who was representing Syndicate. The compensation for this contract was not effectively managed and the animator content ID'd the video, it was taken down and all revenue it may have produced was taken.
Despite the video being taken down the animator wanted compensation. Syndicate offered 75 bucks out of pocket to get this guy off his back. He made zero revenue off the video but he didn't care he was going to pay it off anyways.
The animator comes back later and says "I wasn't compensated enough". Syndicate says, "fine gimme back what I gave you then". I believe he does and then proceeds to dig up the drama again.
Syndicate appears to be more than capable of working with indie artists but this particular animator was causing issues.
Mistakes were made, sure... but calling him a liar, thief, and cheat is just wrong. The livestream? Yeah that was probably not the best thing. He was probably just frustrated and felt like venting.

It's divided really, I think both sides are right and both sides are wrong in the way they handled the matter.
First, as manager of a team or developers, and as a leader, you have to overlook everything around the project, so when you go about telling people in your staff to prepare and do tasks, like hiring an animator in this case, you have to make sure they also do it properly, if not, you take the responsability yourself in doing it, he didn't do that. Then it comes the matter of payment, his excuse was he made no money out of it due to video being deleted and no revenue out of it and such BUT the money is his project, his mmo, he's making money out of that, and even if it's just a trailer, that guy worked his ass of for it and deserves proper payment for it, doesn't matter the time or the things going around. Then the last part which makes everyone disgusting, when you're starting to get succes, you have to be down to earth and be humble in the way you do business because people look up to you, he said he's the only targed because he's popular, not true, he's the target because he's the big man, he's the manager, he should overlook everything going around, from the team he has going around him, to the trivial stuff like payment and timings and such, but instead he decided to act like a total douchebag and got most of the internet against him because he acts like a bully, he didn't even manage to get his point across properly because he didn't express himself properly.
Next on to the animator or nick or whatever his name his. When you talk with someone about a service, money should be around the first things you talk about, so you can get it out of the way properly and fast, you have to talk about the demand, then imediatly the costs of the service, he not only did not do it, but he didn't sign a contract either which is incredibly stupid and I'm on Tom's side here, you have to understand the value of the market and the value of your service and put a price on it as well ( I saw TB talk about this in the comment section of his vid aswell) or else stuff like this will happen and unfortunetly it will create confusion. Then he went around channels of youtubes and twitter, making himself a victim in front of the public ( and god knows the internet loves the underdog) and starting to manifest that way, I get it Tom didn't answer but you also have to understand that there are other ways of reaching out and settling differences, why not go to a lawyer or something ( may sound drastic but it really is not) instead of creating all this drama around.
Then theres the big confusion of Tom being called scammer and Nick being called a attention whore click bait whatever, all of this is because of that douchebag that is Kemmstar, he put them in a hostile enviorment, gave the prideful guy a pat on the back and let him go at the underdog ( again, internet loves the underdog) and even helped him and took his side at times, which created even more confusion and hostility between them.
In short this all could've been avoided if took through proper channels.

the video explains it, but long story short: There was this guy who animated stuff (maybe for the sydicate project), and the Syndicate project used them in his videos. Now the animator dude didnt think they gave him credit so he called him out, but Syn. didnt do **** about it. Now they had this stream where they talked him down, and didnt even want to give him half a pile of ******* , and Kemmstar (the popcorn eating dude) said something on the lines of "Syn. you should ruin this animators life". All this because the animator dude wanted to recive credit for his work.
I hope this makes it clear somewhat, If something is not clear enough, watch the 5 minute video above.
stay safe, sunshine!

how youtube lets-play channels function
1) get famous by uploading weekly for ~2+ years
2) let fame go over head
3) do whatever the **** you want and let your army of 13-year olds do whatever you say / protect you
I've been watching Cr1tikal because of who he is and how he always stays true to himself. He doesn't do it for the money, he ******* donates that **** away and provides proof of that.
Those ********* on the other hand think they are so famous they can do whatever the **** they want.
