there is such thing as centripetal and centrifugal, but yeah centrifugal is the one that applies in this situation :)

Centrifugal force isn't really a scientific term, its just used to explain things moving in a certain way like you suddenly tilting to one side when the car turns. It is actually inertia that does that. So it has the water move to one end of the bag to another causing the eraser to pop out.
And if you guys don't know what inertia is look it up. :)

You can see that the corner where the straw is taped is facing towards the center of the rotation. Therefore, it is centripetal force and not centrifugal.
