It's a game that was released in October I believe, it's an RPG based on the style of Earthbound, the game's writing and music received critical acclaim. The combat also has bullet hell elements to give the game some difficulty. It's currently on sale on steam but steam isn't working right now.

the game is also hilarious, probably best comedy game since South Park Stick of Truth, only difference is that it's not necessarily a parody like South Park is. I mean, it kinda is because it pokes fun at a lot of RPG elements, but it's not straight up taking the piss out of it.

that's also on sale on steam, that game is ******* hysterical, i just bought it a couple days ago and already beat it again in 2 days (it takes 12-14 hours to beat it, respectable imo). The graphics on stick of truth are literally a South Park movie/episode, fan service galore if you're an avid South Park fan, and some of the raunchiest/goriest/most offensive humor you'll ever see in one game.

If you've ever played Paper Mario, it's like that just, South Park. even Yahtzee liked it cuz he liked Paper Mario.

After the snow settles i'm going out shopping for some PC stuff, cheap if possible, by the time tax seasons rolls around I hope I get enough money to build a rig, at least $400 max.

Their names are Sans and Papyrus from the game Undertale. The taller of the two is Papyrus.
I wont go into detail, but they're extremely well developed characters, the writing behind them is thorough and you have to really explore every detail of the game to find it all.
Above all else, they're zany and memorable. In the game, there is the possibility of killing Papyrus. Which turns Sans from comic relief to- you're gonnah have a bad time.
Sans is by far the most multi-faceted and a particularly well made character. He ***** with you on a meta basis all the time.
