To be honest I don't find the UT fandom that bad yet.
What would make it bad would be if every page got flooded with stuff like "Here is my OC skeleton with emohair, Sans Serif who is Sans' lost sister and also the badass but moe cop of the town. And I have a tail."
If there's something I hate it's unimaginative idiots injecting their own selves into others' work just because they can't produce anything of their own. These poorly masked self-insert characters never even contribute anything to the universes they're spat upon. They're just there to **** up the fun for everyone else.
I don't hate fun or others having fun. I hate spoiled morons having fun at the expense of everyone else just because their self-absorbed peabrains aren't capable of enjoying anything that doesn't have them in a starring role.
That's what makes most fandoms unbearable. When it gets to the point of "I am in this, friendly reminder: acknowledge me as canon or I will kill you kthxbaii" - that's when it's actually bad to me.

Pewdiepie is the patron saint of squealing autists and everything that is wrong with e-celebrities, YouTube, and people pretending to be nerds to feel hip and cool.
Undertale is a decent indy game that was swallowed whole and **** out by the combined unwashed mass resulting from the Steven Universe fandom and the Homestuck fandom colliding.

I've never played Undertale, but I've watched Dodger play it. Both pacifist and genocide and I gotta say, I really love the game. Once I found out it was made by one guy I was blown away.
