Fun fact about the Cyberdemon with the moaning noises:
If you attack it before you "wake it up", AKA walk in front of it so it can see you, it has a chance of shooting at you. If you die, a message appears on the top that says something like "Doomguy forgot the importance of foreplay"
I remember because I played that wad about 5 years ago.
