Gumball is one of the funniest cartoons I've ever seen, it has me laughing constantly and has fun characters. Adventure Time keeps me entertained with its unique since of humor and it's lovable roster of characters and their interesting character arcs. Steven Universe, I watch it for the (actual) plot, it builds intrigue in the setting and it's characters and delivers answers to the questions it makes you ask in a way that keeps me coming back for more. Then, there is Regular Show and to be honest I'm not sure why I like this one; it doesn't have me laughing that much and all of the episodes are formulaic, but the characters are ok and something about it remains charming to me.
The only shows that play on CN that I outright can't stand are Wabbit, Uncle Grandpa, and Teen Titans Go. Although, I might be missing one.

The first season was just goofing around, but after the second or third season, things started getting story-heavy. It's gone from a show about goofy adventures to having a plot thicker than Kim Kardashian's ass.

Only 2 of those shows are good. Adventure Time was good at first, but now it's not even about Finn and Jake adventuring or learning lessons, somewhat, anymore, Steven Universe is just hippie rock lady weirdness, and We Bare Bears is just a 2nd person cartoon reality show about Bears.

Scooby Doo, Flintstones, Tom and Jerry, Whacky Races, Dexter's Laboratory, Powerpuff Girls, Samurai Jack, Ed Edd and Eddy, Ben10 (original and alien force), Chowder, Best Ed, FlapJack and then the last series I kept up with via the internet was Star Wars The Clone Wars. It seems that not one of those things is around anymore.

schneidend ONLINE (12/14/2015) [-] The show was aesthetically groundbreaking, and some of the episodes did indeed have great scripts that were often flawlessly executed. But, the overarching plot of the show, which is what I believe was being described, is not on that level.
