I don't think of it as teen titans, just another mind numbing vapid comedy show from CN. That's fine. The show is retarded but it's not made for us. It's made for the spazoids that populate our middle schools. There will always be shows like that, there always were shows like that. This circle jerk of grown men proclaiming they don't like a cartoon not in the least marketed to them needs to stop. It's ******* embarrassing.

except there is, because there shouldnt be garbage shows no matter what the audience was intended to be. No one goes around calling sesame street garbage or the multitude of other cartoons that were actually meant for kids. What did the studio think was going to happen when they release another teen titans on the same network before the original audience had moved on?

It's honestly their favorite cartoon on tv right now
The show isn't ******* for us. Honestly, people around this age group bitch about every ******* cartoon on tv right now because it wasn't what we grew up with.
I'm not even saying give shows a chance to watch because you'll probably dislike them anyway because they aren't catering to you. They're catering to a younger audience, so they don't owe you **** .
They're not going to reboot it. Name one good cartoon with that quality animation not on adult swim that cartoon network has released in the last couple years. Hell they even watered Ben 10 animation quality down.
It's nice the show is acknowledging the dislike they receive from the show, but it's not their fault that cartoons don't ******* mix with adults.
Sure it has the name teen titans in it but in reality they're like two different shows that just so happen to have the same character skin.

It was super cringey, and I thought Young Justice took out all the bad of the original teen titans and made something really terrific with new character additions and storylines.

It's ENTERTAINING! IT'S A COMEDY AND IT'S FUNNY! Every episode I watch I see easter eggs, I get lowbrow and toilet humor combined with random humor and it's hilarious. It's actually good, but you got these 19 year olds crying because they can't see "Slade" deathstroke you ******* pussies and some PG bastardization of Starfire.

It was something a lot of people hoped for, and in the end, we got nothing but low brow jokes that don't even really need the titans. They just grabbed the titans for what they stood for and tried to grab the attention Titans already had for this to work. Basically, they didn't trust in their own comedy to get their show the views it needed.
It could have been just characters in the Teen Titans universe. That way they could use the same comedy and even have Titans do cameo appearances now and then. That would have been fine, but Titans Go was a thought to be sequel to the series people grew up with and loved. It's also another thing that their comedy is a 4/10 most of the time.
But think of it in the context of what you enjoy as well. Picture that, instead of it being the Teen Titans, that it's the Young Justice season 1 team that got put in that scenario. Low quality jokes being the first thing you see when you expected the start of Season 2. Would you really like it, then? When it grabbed your attention with the hope of more of what you liked, only to shove a spoon full of hot failure in your mouth?
tl;dr: Teen Titans Go isn't hated completely for its jokes. The bad jokes are part of it, but ultimately, it's the fact that people were baited into thinking it was a continuation of the original Teen Titans. The writers didn't trust themselves enough to make an original series, so they grabbed the coat tails of Teen Titans. I also think their jokes are really, really bad. But that's just a different taste in humor.
Now, onto a barely relevant point about Young Justice. Spoilers ahead for those who haven't watched it, but what I go over will be pretty old so...
How can you even begin to think that show is enjoyable but not like Teen Titans? The overall theme is kind of the same, but Teen Titans had far less of Young Justice's crappy drama.
Seriously, I don't think I need to point out all the flaws Megan brings to the table, especially when it came to her "real" form. Her excuse was "I couldn't take that chance", despite being on a team with a guy who has gills on his neck, one who was a clone, and the last who was raised by a guy in a bat costume.
I could go on and on about how crappy Young Justice got near the end of season 1 and I could barely make it through part of season 2 without just stopping. Got to the part where Megan mind-rapes Aqua Lad and just stopped. That whole thing was just so unnecessary it hurts. The entire "Light council" was also pretty dumb and... I just... can't see how anyone can say they enjoy that, but don't like Teen Titans, when Teen Titans is basically all of the good points of Young Justice without the unnecessary plot drama.
I mean, I guess if you like that drama and that's it, then Young Justice would be more your cup of tea, but ... I dunno. Teen Titans had its fair share of drama too, especially when it came to Starfire which some-what mirrors Megan's stuff, but all of that was mostly mature or well thought out drama. Not "I can't trust you" or "I have to pretend to be this to prevent bad things from happening." Yeah, cause that's going to stop Lex Luthor.
But y'know, that's just an opinion. I can't stand Young Justice at all, especially Season 2, but Teen Titans was great. Some episodes were off for me, of course, but a majority of it was nice.

As for the hate for Go, Lego dc and marvel movies parody the seriousness of your favorite characters and capitalizes on the comedic flaws of them. Nobody bitches or whines about them, and Go is literally doing the same thing. Hell, in the recent Lego DC movie Cyborg was just Cyborg from Go. Nobody cared, it was funny.
Young Justice chronicled the growth of new super heroes and their transitiions into real heroes and to the Justice League. Teen Titans just focuses on teenage super heroes and dealing with the angst of being teenagers, which I always found stupid. It happens less so in the comics, but overall I just think it's a stupid plot concept and a cash grab to capitalize on the aforementioned target demographic.
As for the drama, I thought it was fine, liked it even. It was nice to get some actual relationship development between characters. Not just a seductive glance and then somehow they are married at the end of the series with no explanation. And not a typical clark and lois, bruce and talia, oliver and dinah, scenario where everyone knows they end up together.
Young Justice won an emmy in it's first season, it was proven excellent by its peers, even if cartoon network and warner weren't making toy sales off of it.

Well you already answered why we hate TT: Go and you don't.. we loved the original and you didnt. I already hated the le random soooo fanny XD nonstop terrible humor most cartoons being produced are, Adventure Time is the bane of my existence, so when they did it to something I watched allllll the time as a kid I can't help but have a natural hatred for it. Would love for the original Teen Titans to come back! it was so awesome. And for DC to fix the Nightwing/Dick Grayson turning into a spyral agent crap they did in the current comics. And for Young Justice to return, but more like the 1st season before it got too weird.
