If we go by the name "original content" then yes... if the actual author posts it, it's his OC. It may not be original content as far as the entire internet is concerned, but he posted it from the source (his computer) instead of, the opposite of OC, reposting it from another site.

well, he started out on FJ and posted there exclusively for the longest time.
he still values this site's feedback more than any other, despite the fact that his comics have been seen by tons of people outside of FJ
