I'm glad for the couple and all, But how the **** are you 4 months into a pregnancy and just realising you're pregnant. I'm guessing she wanted to wait a bit for the foetus to be a bit more developed before giving the news.

Some people believe that they're unfertile, so when they have rapid weight gain, they don't even consider pregnancy a possibility. There's all sorts of reasons.
