Some of the buildings look Russian. It's not American for sure, definitely not Japanese, they don't really look Chinese or Korean. So probably Russia.

That's what I'm saying. I recognize Russian features on buildings. But I've never seen the Kremlin, and the song could just be put in for dramatic effect. I just knew it was Russia via the buildings.
