I know a little of batman lore but I'm not sure who the guy is in the red helmet and the one with the black hood over his face. Any bat fans able to help me out?

Red Helmet guy is "Red Hood", the new alias of former Robin Jason Todd. He was killed by Joker in "A Death in the Family" but revived by Ra's Al Ghul. After that he returned to Gotham, swearing to become a better crime-fighter than his former master. He kills and is more ruthless than Batman.
The other guy is Red Robin, an alternate timeline alter ego of Dick Grayson (Robin/ Nightwing) and Jason Todd, some kind of adult Robin.

oh so jason todd who ended up as arkahm knight in arkham series is red hood? cool. makes sense. annoyed me how arkham never had much backstory to each game but it works, cheers. so is red robin either in diffferent timelines? or something?
It's pretty complicated, because Red Robin can be either Dick Grayson, Tim Drake, Jason Todd or some guy called Ulysses. At first Dick Grayson wears it in the Kingdom Come storyline after replacing Batman in the Justice League. In "Countdown to Final Crisis" and "Final Crisis" Jason Todd wears it on Earth-51, but takes it with him to standard Earth (52). Ulysses wears it just to diss Tim Drake, after Batman's supposed death in "Batman R.I.P.". And Tim Drake wears it as sidekick to Dick Grayson Batman.

Are those really the Dethklok lyrics? If so, that's great. If not, still cool that the parody did it.

I personally liked the first one better. This one was really well done animation wise, but the song they chose and the way they made the animation for it seems kind of eh to me. Just my personal opinion. I love Dethklok, don't get me wrong, but the animation seemed kind of slow and wasn't really as gore filled in the way i'm used to Dethklok being.
