The Articles of Confederation was a test document for the US constitution in the ******* 1700s.
It became the constitution when the Articles failed to provide freedom the way they believed it would.

Clearly, she is unaware that the Articles of Confederation were superseded by the US constitution. She is also unaware that "free inhabitant" is literally referencing people who are not slaves, not some sort of protected super-class of people. She is also unaware that the Articles of Confederation are not part of US code. She is, finally, also unaware of the definition of rape.

I looked into this and free inhabitant is actually a thing that people are believing. It's not a thing that has any credibility, but it's something that people are actually trying. Basically it is based on an interpretation of something in the Articles of Confederation which are no longer legally binding. The other problem is that part of the reason why the Articles were trashed is because it made the government too weak in direct contrast to the imposing British government.

Article 4 of the Articles of Confederation summary:
But to instill a national feeling, "[t]he better to secure and perpetuate mutual friendship and intercourse among the people of the different States in this union," it establishes equal treatment and freedom of movement for the free inhabitants of each state to pass unhindered between the states, excluding "paupers, vagabonds, and fugitives from justice." All these people are entitled to equal rights established by the state into which he travels. If a crime is committed in one state and the perpetrator flees to another state, he will be extradited to and tried in the state in which the crime was committed.
She is so ******* stupid.

She was talking about the Articles of Conferderation. The documents replaced by the constitution in 1789
about a month ago i got pulled over. i read all kind of horrible **** about police. i handed over my license and registration knowing DAMN well i broke the law. passed on a double yellow. he politly asked i handed it over and while his buddy ran up the ticket we shot **** he handed me my stuff and i drove off. he stated multiple times usually he wouldnt pull someone over but it was raining so he was concerned. i paid my fine and got out it wasnt that hard. im not saying being pussy whipped by the police but this escalated way to much. if your gonna fight its best to do it when you are free not when you are un custody and not with screaming and making 12 year old threats
"I'm arresting you" "No you're not"
All logic is out the window at this point
