You look kinda like what would happen if Cameron and Ferris from Ferris Bueller's Day Off had a child.

The compound inside of these is Silver (II) Fulminate, one of the most unstable explosives known to man. Silver (II) Fulminate can explode underwater simply from being upset or moved too fast, it is so unstable in fact that if you had more than 2.025 grams of this stuff it will detonate under the force of its own weight. Hence why some blew up on OP.

Roughly 0.2 grams is used for every Pop It.

To make Silver (II) Fulminate, dissolve silver in nitric acid (or just acquire Silver Nitrate) and boil the solution with an equal volume of ethanol (NOTE: Try to keep temperatures below 90 celcius or you might just end up exploding the precipitate before it can be collected). The precipitate will be Silver (II) Fulminate.

Ps yes you can make Mercury (II) Fulminate using the same method, Mercury (II) Fulminate is arguably more safe than Silver (II) Fulminate since it won't detonate under its own weight however it produces high volumes of mercury vapour.

Next you could try setting those things off in random places just to see how many people you could surprise the hell out of. For science of coarse.
