I don't get the leg day, arm day thing. I just do squats in the morning, press-ups and sit ups. Not enough to feel pain at the end or be tired 'cause I do 'em in the morning, but enough to get pumped. Then I just run around like a maniac everytime I need to get somewher and that's enough exercise to stay in shape for me.
