You should be able to run it. I can run my laptop with an Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family video card (though I can only get a decent framerate with everything turned down and the resolution at 600 x 480)

You'll be fine with a little bit of fiddling with the games options.

Your computer is the same as mine, except your graphic card is a tad bit better, and I could run it smoothly after fiddling a LOT with the game.

Skyrim also has two settings files that can be edited manually to further configure it:

%HOMEPATH%\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Skyrim.ini
%HOMEPATH%\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SkyrimPrefs.ini

In these files you can change a lot off graphic settings that you can't in the ingame menu.

This guide explains it REALLY well: You need to login to view this link

Short answer: yes, you can run the game, but you might have to tweak it

You either die a hero or you play long
enough to see yourself become the modder.

I just started playing Skyrim again a few days ago. Only at 111 hours but I think I left it on for 18-20 hours for some reason so I'm about 60 hours away from slaughtering everyone

I have 237 hours, and have never finished the story or gone on a killing spree.
I have not installed a single mod yet. All hours are spent on the vanilla version(Didn't get any DLC until recently). I have no idea how I have filled those hours..
Its been over a year since last I played though (No pc to play on..)

I killed all my companions just so I could raise my ebony blade. I haven't even completed the game, but I definitely don't regret my decision
