You probably sucked just as much at age six. Don't be a backseat gamer to your ******* son.

You know, some people enjoy spending time with their kid's because they get to know them and actually bond
I'm sure the son is happy knowing he get's to spend time with his father and do something they both love

I used to feel the same way about my little brother

Now he wipes the floor with me in most games...
It's only a matter of time OP

HES SIX YOU ****!!!
WHAT YOU EXPECT HIM TO BE ON YOUR LEVEL.
I bet my dad was thinking the same thing when we played racing games( only thing we would agree on)
He always won but he still loved to play them with me.

I too have this same situation except my son is really good at video games after he has played it a few times.

I won't play smash bros with him anymore

When I was around 12-13 I used to have this lightning fast reaction speed, so I'd play smash bros with 3 level nine CPUs on a team for the challenge. Wait until he's older and it might not be so quick anymore.

My Dad used to like to play against me in a first-person-shooter and I had to make an actual effort to not kill him almost immediately.

Well, he's six. He'll improve even when he doesn't practice. That's how I beat games if I can't. I just quit, wait months, try again and then beat it.

Then ******* play a game with him that he's good at. I mean, if he sucks at a lego game, then he probably should probably see a therapist.
