well judging from this picture i have deduced that this person is from the north east part of united states. while brown recluse spiders are prevalent throughout america the black widow and brown recluse meet around the Pennsylvania, new jersey, and Maryland area. how ever my guess would be Pennsylvania. due to the clarity of the water. which would suggest fresh water limestone springs. not to mention the dirt underneath this mans finger nail would indicate a brownish gray soil which is common in pennsylvania and it's mineral rich fields associated with said state. the ring finger is longer then the pointer finger indicating they are male.... they need to trim their nails.
elementary my dear Watson.

It's not a big deal, as long as he doesn't scare them. Although it would be a very bad thing if he got a cold chill, or sneezed, or went into an epileptic fit...

I am deathly afraid of spiders and **** this. Now I must purge this planet so no human may ever bring these demons near me with their bare hands.

My instincts of self-preservation far outweigh my desire to hold a creature that can put me into cardiac arrest with a simple prick, no matter how "non-aggressive" it is...

Black widows aren't immediately lethal. It takes about a day for the venom to kill. If he gets the antivenom shortly after being bit, he'll be fine. And even without antivenom, widow venom only kills 5% of healthy adults bitten.

The real danger is accidentally getting bit and not knowing it was a widow, especially if they were young or sick.
