hmmm. then maybe you should post some content that you think is "worthy" of front page instead of complaining

That's a retarded fallacy.

not the same. this is more like "god there's so much litter here! What? Help pick up? Naw that's for other people."

No, it's not. Him posting content does not stop the "litter" from being there.

Better Content= Litter Stuck in Newest Uploads. for instance. not as many miley posts on fp. they're still here. but just overshadowed by other content.

You're one in tens of thousands. You're not going to make a significant difference.
Unless you post like crazy, which people also seems to dislike. Take phanact, for instance. I'd imagine he likes what he posts, and he thinks he's adding to the site by doing that. Yet people hate him for it and consider his content litter.
In the end, you come to the site not to enjoy your own content, but to enjoy that of others. Every once in a while you contribute, but mostly you just skim through that of others. To make a reference to music again, artists don't listen to their own music like we, the consumers, listen to their music. They listen to other music by other artists of their liking. In this way, posting content doesn't add to your enjoyment of content on the site.

if everyone said "im one in tens of thousands" there wouldnt be any content in the first place. And if you never try you'll never know.

We're talking about individual enjoyment of content here, not about the big picture.
Your original point was that he should post content if he doesn't like what's on the table, my point was that posting content wouldn't improve his enjoyment of content. Please stay on topic in a discussion, and rebut my point if possible.

jesus, man. you're really getting in to this. my point is that if your not going to try to get better content on fp, dont complain if you dont like whats on fp. i dont like debating on the internet. it's annoying and basically pointless

This hit me really hard. When I was about 12, I was being bullied by a group of Hispanic kids. This is the only time I had ever seen a Hispanic person, and the encounters left the thought in my head that all Hispanics were inherently bad, and that the countries they're from must be really bad places. I was fortunate enough to find a nice one before I did something stupid.

One great thing about the human mind is its ability to learn from experience....

learning from experience isn't a human thing, it happens to most mammals (and other animals).
it's not a "great" thing either, it's completely natural and important for survival.
