I voted for the L"N"P, I put them as second lowest, below Labor and above the Greens.

I think Liberal will be good for us, getting past how socially retarded Abbot is, he isn't the be all or end all of Australia. We need Liberal in to get this country back on track and make the hard decisions that labor was just putting off over and over again

Being a PM is overrated anyway, he has no extra power in parliament, all he really is, is head to foreign relations and gets a bit more money

Given how much everybody seems to hate Obama right now, you'd think that'd be a good thing.

Instead of electing possibly the smartest businessman to ever run for president, we elected a guy who literally decided to buy cars and destroy them in an attempt to improve the economy.

I miss the old republican ideals and politicians.
Roosevelt, Eisenhower, even Lincoln.
The Republicans were even started by anti-slavery activists, fancy that. Whilst I'm an anarchist I felt that these men did great work for their country. What was so great about them was that they did their job first, then thought about their religion.
Now a days the republicans are like Muslims, they seriously can't help but bring religion into every aspect of life, nor being able to take a joke.
Romney was especially a peculiar one, they say he had a great sense of humor, but it seems to me like grandpa humor. Making out dated jokes that could even be interpreted as racist (He was with a group of black kids, and said "who let dogs out? Who, who who? Now, I can see the merit of this joke, but I doubt anybody opposing him politically wouldn't use that to their advantage.)

Mitt Romney and the Infinite Sadness You elected a bland, wealthy, socially-awkward moderate with vague political stances?
That doesn't sound terrible...

Mitt Romney wasn't exactly the worst candidate in the world.
Who you're thinking of is probably Rick Santorum.

I heard about this last night and couldn't remember which side most of the Aussies I know wanted (am Britfag). Then I heard the reporter say that he was against gay marriage. Needless to say, I do not like this gentleman.

Everyone is so anti Tony Abbot, funny how he still got elected...

Anyway, his policy is: remove all the **** that Labor did wrong and go back to what worked, then start fresh.
I like that policy.
(And if you got your info about him from Labor's desperate adds, I'm sorry for you)
