Legolas has it. In the scene at Amon Hen, some of the arrows shot were CGI, as even a skilled archer wouldn't be able to shoot that fast (pic is the scene)

In actuality, Legolas is slow compared to some IRL pro archers. It's also believed that ancient warriors of the past were even much faster. www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1KC1Os-_NE

What you are trying to do is compare a fictional character with a real person. its so ridiculous i'm having trouble coming up with point to make you see your failure in logic. its like this. who would in in a fight mike tyson or Ryu from street fighter. how are you even going to start making comparisons. the fictional character can be as powerful as you want it to be. in the lotr universe elves are far quicker than men, so legolas would be faster than any human archer and more accurate no matter how good the human archer is. even though it was not represented that way in the movie. so please don't make any more silly comparisons or argumants.

While it is true that a fictional character is as strong as you want it to be, I'm not basing my argument off of pure speculation. The directors and actors demonstrated first hand how fast Legolas can shoot, why would I need to guess? While watching the 3 main movies, I've also looked at the speed of Legolas's attack. I was not impressed as much as I'd hoped to be.
I was also replying to the comment before me stating that no human archer was capable of shooting that fast. I gave him video evidence that indeed, someone could. I also stated that the ancient archers (The ones born and raised into archery) were capable of far more speed and accuracy. You're getting pissy for no reason. What you are doing to me now is like getting angry at someone for rightly disproving someone else's claim

Your point is true, the video is ******** though. There is a massive ******* difference between hitting any part of a static target and having to hit the weak spot on a pissed off 200 pound enemy who's coming at you waving a sword around.

Legolas has been showcased by the director as extremely fast and accurate. I showed you a video of an archer that shoots faster. You claim that shooting at the weak spot of a pissed off 200 pound enemy who's coming towards you is hard to hit. You should know that things that move towards you get bigger in size, and as such are easier to hit. Do you honestly believe that IRL professional archers can't do what Legolas did in that scene?

Further more, which is harder: A static archer shooting at a target moving towards him, or a falling archer shooting at a target perpendicular to him?

Legolas has also missed shots in the movie, so his accuracy is not Godly.

If you can't be impressed at this video, you'd be calling every other professional athletic video ******** due to the fact that Naruto can jump higher than them.

The video is just ******** in this context, it doesn't support anything. Legolas never does target practice in the movies, he is shooting in combat situations, unlike the guy in the video. What he does is incredibly impressive, but comparing the two doesn't make any sense. At all.

Do you agree with me in that the IRL archer has shot his arrows faster than Legolas ever has? Do you also agree that the IRL archer has hit all his targets moving or stationary? He has also re-enacted scenes of a battle. The only thing missing is the pressure of an actual fight. Needless to say, ****** right the archer is faster.

Also, the arrows were CGI because the actor is not a skilled archer
