that's what i was gonna say, i don't think i'd be able to put up with that but surely they're working on something so it won't have the black bar, like Corning glass. check out the youtube vid called "a day made of glass" to get what i mean

An increase on the amount spent on a gaming setup is not proportional to an increase of skill. At max, I sum you can gain maybe a 10% extra efficiency in any game by spending a lot of money. But a player with true skill can, and will, still be on top with an average setup.

after a while they blend in to your vision, and you hardly notice them, a mate of mine used to have 5 22" BenQ monitors tilted vertically next to each other, once you settled in it was alright

You brain starts ignoring them. Even though, like when someone mentions them you notice it, but as soon as you start getting back to whatever you were doing you forget

ive always wanted a gutted car, replace all the windows with tv screens that showed the views out said windows, then rig the steering, gear shift and pedals to respond accordingly. then put it on a pnumatic system that would move as real life with the banking and bumps and what not, i would play forza all day.

the borders of each screen making a grid would drive my OCD off the charts

if someone had made a tablet setup and showed off the functionality of it that would've been badass.

The only problem with playing FPSs with an even amount of monitors is that the reticle is blocked by the edge of the monitors.

Now imagine losing track of your mouse and having to figure out which screen it's on.

On some computers, if not all, you can set it so when you hit a certain button, a circle pops ups and shows you where your mouse is. I think the default one is ctrl, but you have to turn it on. Its in the mouse settings.
