Im just doing it like this: i dont even think of touching the money in the bank. just the cash in wallet which i use to buy paysafecards here in finland which i can use to buy steam games. and throughout the year there's weekend sales so i see every weekend sale if there's any cheap games. for example i got Alan Wake full pack for 5€ and GTA IV full pack for 9,99€ and now i have bought gmod (2,50€) and Saint's row 3 for 7,50€ so together this year i have got 4 games for 25€ which is cheap because every game i have bought is 20-35€ in local game store

Over this year, every time i got any more over £20 I put £5 of it into my steam wallet.
I've had £80 to buy games with.
I have brought 10 new games so far, and im expecting to install about 3

For anyone who might not know amazon is having a price match on games as well plus a 15% discount at purchase. I got anno 2070 complete for 21 plus tax while steam has it for 25 plus tax.
