I just want to be treated like a human being. And I want extroverts to stop trying to convert me into one of them. For me it's not about this energy nonsense, just don't force me to jump on the dance floor and party with 100 strangers and we'll be cool.

This post treats the shy and introvered like you're introducing your first cat into your apartment. Yet it's just.... so accurate....

Many people think that I am an introvert, but the fact is: I just can't stand stupid people.

I am so lonely..

Maybe you shouldn't judge people before you get to know them.

I hope I don't sound like an ass in this comment. I'm just saying that you may be lonely because because you reject people before you get to know them.

This talks about introverts like they're some sort of animal. They're just people who enjoy their privacy and own self rather than being extremely outgoing. Honestly just being a little shy isn't that bad i dont see the point of this unless it was created for the sole purpose of making a "omg im a introvert" circlejerk

I'm pretty introverted, and I quite like this post because it is very accurate. I'm going to save it, and show it to people who ask.

If only there were a guide for introverts to interact with normal people.

Step 1: Ignore this content.
Step 2: Behave like a loud, obnoxious tard. They appreciate being with their kind.

I like this a lot. I don't know about introverts giving off energy, though. But maybe I'm just considering a special case.

Remember kids, you have to treat introverts extra special because they're not like regular people.

This is the stupidest thing I've read today.

I'll admit, I have some of these traits, but this post makes it seem like introverts are magical, delicate, superior beings that choose worthy enough people to give "energy" to. Maybe if it was explained in a much more grounded way, it wouldn't bother me like this.
MFW this looks like something an anti-social teen who thinks they're introverted would say put on Facebook

I'm not bashing introverts, I'm just bashing the way this explained it

I confus because I LOVE hanging out with people but I'm always the one giving the most energy so how does that work? Also I can't imagine anyone not feeling exhausted after a lot of social interaction

So in other words if you're an introvert than fun party people will constantly attempt to molest you. Good thing I don't go outside.

Wait, so introverts create their own energy, while extroverts gather it around other people: does this make introverts like plants, and extroverts like carnivores? Like a lot of people, I don't think I fall really into either camp (I have friends and I like being with people, but seeing them too much makes me feel worn out).

Basically, Is it wrong of me to like the idea of feeding on other people's energy like a T-Rex?

I read it first as "Guide understanding to the introverted"...
