And we don't always kill each other for stupid reasons. Take the American Revolution for example. We have accomplished so much because of it. Yeah we lost lives and there was some destruction, but we gained so much more.

I always thought it was one side wants something, the other wants the oposite. Fight. War never does change. Its always killing for an ideal or ideology that someone else doesn't share. Fallout example would be the Super Mutants think humans are inferior and kill/mutate the remaining humans and the Brotherhood HATE mutants and think THEY should be wiped off the face of the world. War never changes, its always someone wanting something and killing others to get it.

However now that their world ended and now they are rebuilding they still fight each other, the Legion, the NCR, the Brotherhood of Steel, the Enclave. War never changes. Even if the world has ended humans are ******* dumbasses. Everyone but I.

War never changes.
Its always waged for resources and those that benefit from it rarely pay for it.
How we fight it changes. Tools change. Excuses and caussius beli change.
But reasons for war never change.

too bad the narrator contextualized it to the overlying implications and results of warfare and the reasoning's behind it, rather than the actual weapons and combatants.

I strongly believe that when men die in mass numbers through warfare that they were meant to die at the edge of a blade rather than from far away by a gun. There is no honor in fighting at a distance.
I'm guessing people will complain about this and say that men shouldn't die in mass numbers but i see war as a necessity in certain circumstances and conquest as a great achievement as long as you come out on top.
