I like being the "does 99% of the work" guy. I don't trust people enough to let them do something that my grade depends on. This ****** somethimes my only chance for a decent grade in some classes.

I'm the guy that tries to help, but nobody will listen too.

I'm the guy who tries to help but my group members always say things like, "you're not in our group" or "stop following us kid."

I'm the guy that's willing to do all the work, but not the presentation. Public speaking blows.

I remember having to do a group project with people everyone knew were lazy and did jack-all, teacher included. I asked to be put with another group, but the teacher said I had to deal with it. Come the day of the project's presentation, I was the only person that did anything. Nobody else in the group even stood up, when we had to present it. At the start of the presentation, I said "My group doesn't appear to have prepared, so I will do this by myself." I would have gotten an A, but the teacher said my comment hurt one of the group member's feelings ( ******** , they were all assholes), so she marked my grade down to a B. What the **** .

I am the guy who does all of the work, and the presentation. After the project is done though I always tell the teacher about my group and how they never lifted a finger even though I asked them to. Long story short. I get an A. They get a D. Or something like that.

Ain't nobody going to use my smartiness for their advantage.

That's actually true. And if there's something they don't like you can just say ''Okay, so you do it then'' and there you go!

I gets group like this all the time, they just sit there and watch, might hand me the book or something then say they helped.
I usually just ask to do this individually because it's going to be faster.

This is so relateable. One time our class was making a school play, and I was put at the manuscript group. We wasted 4 classes thinking about what the plot was going to be, and we made roughly 4-5 characters.
Then, our teacher helped us out, but we had to type lines and things like that on google docs.
Guess who wrote the entire ******* script all by himself? That's right, me. Not only did I write all of the lines, I also had to make 6 new characters, and I had to make every goddamn character have some sort of character-developement. I did all of this **** at home, two days before it was due. What did I get? Yes, a guy in the group said that** "[I] didn't let the others do anything,"** and that "the script is ****** ".

i've actually been in groups where everyone put in approximately the same amount of work, and never any situation like what the content describes.

A little backstory for you: I'm very smart, but lazy as **** , like, I don't bother doing almost anything in terms of homework and assignments. I used to barely get by with 60's in middle and high school. Obviously I've changed my attitude in University, but that's not the case.

Back in 7th grade, there was this girl and boy who did all their homework, and all the participation in classes. I was grouped up with the girl in a 5 person english play. (English class). I like plays and acting, so I actually did my work.

We reached rehearsal, the book, "The Outsiders". There was this kid portraying a Soc gang member talking to a girl. The girl in the class was the girl in the book. She rejects him, and he says, "Fiery, huh?" Said boy asked girl how to say that word, and she says, "Feery". I smirk, expecting someone to correct her. No one does. I'm all, dude no it's "Fi-ery" like Fire-E. She argues, every sides in my group sides with her, I'm all wtf? I go to other group and ask them, they say Feery, I'm all wtf, no!

They try to practice without me, I'm like, "Don't you ******* say that word" and storm off. I'm back, 10 sec later with the teacher, who sided with me.

You ever had one of those moments that your brain keeps making you remember for no reason? This was one.

What about the guy who wants to help, but only contributes wrong/redundant ******** because he's an idiot, and then you have to gently tell him that he's wrong?

Work in a group,
I had an idea: "If you're done, just send your stuff to everybody"
stupid students: "nah, it's okay, we just send to 1 person to print it out"
person was sick that day and there was no time left to print

MFW I lost 2 of the 10 grade points for this

I'm pretty much the "has no idea" guy and the "says he'll help but doesn't" and then at the last minute I transform into the 99% guy when there's still a ton of work to do left
