If the US ever falls apart, Keywest and Texas will be the first countries to rise out of it. And everyone will say, wtf Keywest, wtf.

I've heard there's a way to use plastic sheets to trap and condense moisture from the air, damned if I know how to do it but I'm sure its a thing

You could do that, but it wouldn't be enough for the daily water requirements of the 6(?) people who live there, I don't think...

Or rain I suppose.

Hardly a consistent, reliable water supply...hmm... I guess this place isn't far of the East cost of England, maybe take trips to land to pick up water and other supplies

I did a project about The Principality of Sealand in oral communications class. It's an old artillery base off the coast of Great Britain. It's got its own currency, the Sealand dollar, that has a fixed rate equal to that of the U.S. dollar. It's defended itself against invaders when pirates attacked, and it's got its own royal family.

Rock on, Sealand.

The Piratebay tried buying it once for immunity from copy right laws. Back in '08 or something.
