MFW I've never had chili and crackers. In-fact, I just learned of the combination from my coworkers.

The end result looked like it had too much **** in it, but I bet it tastes insanely good.

This is the very first time i've ever seen one of these 'recipe' posts that hasn't just looked like a revolting concoction of various **** that i look at and fully understand why america is the most obese country in the world. I genuinely would like to cook and eat this particular dish

If he was, he's not living in his homeland (or just keeps his house ridiculously hot). Coconut oil is solid below about 75 degrees (that's about 24 degrees for you non-Americans). I say about because refined and unrefined have slightly different melting points.
