Really? Are you sure that creating noise in the quietest room in the world would defeat the point of it being unbearably quiet? How did you come to that conclusion?

I wasn't sure how to respond to your accusation that I don't understand the point of the quietest room in the world. Sarcasm seemed appropriate.

Kinda sounds weird but be a little open minded. You can hear your blood flowing, the easiest way is to stick one of your fingers in your ear and the low rumbling sound is your blood moving through your veins. You can also listen to your blood moving around your body by sorta cringing your face kinda as well.

These are called Anechoic (without echo) chambers, and they're not entirely uncommon. Mainly used to test equipment. And the psychological effects of this has been greatly exaggerated.

I wouldn't think so. Since the room is made to absorb sound and negate echos, you lose all acoustics. The reason you sound better when you sing in the shower or a small room is because of your voice bouncing off the walls.

the reason it effects people with hearing is because of the brains need for stimulus. since a deaf person has never had that stimulus it wouldnt effect them
