I used to work at abercrombie and it's true. They hired me on the spot after asking me to join the group interview while I was shopping. I was basically hired based upon my looks. After you're hired they take a picture of you and send it to the regional manager who later classifies you as "cast of" material or not. "Cast of" employees get more hours because they're better looking and they get chances to go to casting calls to model for the company. Girls can't dye their hair unnatural colors, we couldn't wear nail polish, and we couldn't wear too much makeup or eyeliner. We were supposed to look 100% natural. They made us buy our clothes to wear to work too at 50% off and anything else we wanted was 30% off. It's changed since then, but I'm glad I'm not working there anymore.

Why do people keep saying this like its a valid argument? He can be the ugliest person in the world and still run his company the way he wants. Hes not the target demographic anyways, fit teenagers are. Hes made millions of dollars with this business model, do you honestly think he cares what people think of him?

Frankly, I love the guy. If he doesn't want fatties to wear his brand, more power to him.
