Hate to be a dick, but look at the pads as he hits them. The first is a decent hit, then it gets less, and less. If he actually kicked someone like that it'd feel like a bitch slap

Yeah there's the "I'm an MMA fighter" then there's "I'm a martial artist who knows practical self defense" WHO WILL WIN??

Well, honestly I'd say the MMA fighter.

Jon Jones fought Lyoto Machida last year and kind of embarrassed him.

Machida has been fighting Karate his entire life and is a widely renowned karate master.

Jon Jones is an extremely well rounded fighter, which made Machida vulnerable to him. Someone very skilled in one style of martial arts, even a master, is vulnerable to a fighter who is skilled in many areas. Striking, grappling, wrestling etc.

Although I was rooting for Machida and Jon Jones' cockiness pisses me off to no end, logic prevailed and Machida proved to be no match for his well rounded fighting style.

Thanks bro.
I'm with Abada right now in London. Moving back to Mexico this month so continuing there.
The Abada in Mexico City D.F. is pretty big (I hear it's like the 4th best one, the best is supposed to be in Israel lol)

I just find Capoeira kind of Arbitrary y'know? Right now I'm doing Kickboxing and Kali as well, so I'm planning on finding a way of fusing the arts together and make my own style... (How sick would it be if I made my own Martial Art lol)
