If Robert Downey Jr.'s left nut was hanging out and he didn't know, it'd be publicized too, though to a lesser degree than this because it's of a more intimate and private area.

Men simply don't have an equivalent to tits, otherwise we would have the same thing.

It's not sexist, it's just ridiculous celebrity culture. The thing is people will buy magazines or read the article over this, so they'll do it again. Don't blame the media, they only play off what the people will let them.
