And in Germany the Telekom (Has a quasi monopole) wants to introduce volume limits on flatrates in 2016 because they don't want to invest in infrastructure.
Depending on your bandwith you get cicumsized to 384 kBit/s after a certain amount.
With 16 MBit/s for example you are allowed to use up 75GB in a month and the rest is on 384 kBit/s.

I don't know what I prefer, buying dvds and cds from a store or just downloading movies and music. I mean sure it's easier now to download and environment friendly, but I've always liked to go to the store and see what they had. I discovered great music by coincidence in these stores, plus it's cool to have your collection of cds and 						****					...   
So to blockbuster and the other stores that are suffering and will close, I dedicate this gif
