This is sad, because all it says to me is "Bring back KINDER EGGS!" not ban assault rifles. If parents made sure their idiot children didn't choke on the toys or poke their brothers eyes out with them, we'd still have those awesome, delectable little eggs of goodness and fun! D:< PRICKS!

mostly because it isn't, and everyone here is mostly just pessimistic crybabies who want to believe that and refuse all the evidence to the contrary. It's human nature to pay attention to the worst things, it's an intelligent being who actually realizes the truth.

kids shove candy in their mouths
those eggs have little toys inside of them
kids chokes choke on toys

choking is one of the leading causes of deaths for toddlers
more kids are killed by the bare hands of their own parents than by people with guns
yet the far left keeps bitching about how guns are bad....

as far as I know it's just importing that's banned which is the same for most guns
it's pretty uncommon to find a foreign made gun in the US

Okay I'll stop being a smart ass, and no, thats not entirely true. With the right license here, you can get your hands on it. A class five dealers license here will get you anything if you can find a contact to sell it to you.

You can still buy Kinder Eggs state side.

The ban is on selling them as food.
Nothing says a store can't sell them as a non-food novelty. What you do with them after you leave the store is none of their business.
There are 3 locations on my block alone that sells Kinders.

They could certainly protect people by taking the gun away from her. I mean, she's got her finger on the trigger.

What happened to the kinder eggs in the US, anyway? Did some moron try to shove the whole ******* thing down his throat or something.

My father taught me proper firearm safety at a young age, younger than 7 that's for sure. Probably why I haven't killed anyone or myself with a firearm.

Yes, but keeping your finger off the trigger is the first thing that a responsible (average) gun owner would teach their kids. We teach our kids how to handle guns safely before ever letting them touch one.

I'm not saying that you need to own a gun, I'm just saying that we gun owners teach our kds how to use them safely, that a seven year old in the average gun owning home would know what not to do.

Well the kinder eggs is made for eating, one that doesn't know of the toy inside could easily choke on it. The other is a semi auto gun, I'm assuming it's semi auto because full auto ARE banned in America. To buy a semi auto gun of any sorts, you must be an adult, now I believe the age is 21 for handgun, 18 for rifle. A child cannot obtain a rifle easily. Say the firearm is at the house with children, gun owners typically purchase gun safes to keep firearms locked away so their children cannot obtain them. The main point is a small child can obtain a kinder egg a lot easier than a rifle.
It still sucks that they are banned though.

Well kinder eggs are marketed towards children and WERE available for sale at any time.

Guns of any kind at least require a license and have a waiting period.

I mean, having that **** for a chocolate egg would be more difficult than just banning them, but banning assault weapons would cause a LOT more controversy.

Quite a few states don't require a license or a wait time.

How's Missouri doing?
