This is an equal opportunity country; both parties are equally responsible for a drunken ******* .

Many people seem to be saying, "but what if the guy's drunk, too?"
If they were drunk, but not drunk enough to be unable to say no, it's not rape.

It makes me wonder what you all think about the Ohio rape case. The one were the football players pissed on, repeatedly raped, and spread pictures of the passed out girl around social media. They were drunk. But it's still rape, and rightfully so, in my opinion.

True, but thing is, the car isn't actively trying to get her to drive it.
"Hey baby, c'mon. Let's go for a ride. You're cool for it. You're totally not impaired. Who's gonna find out?"

How can the comment debate be taken seriously when there are no women on the internet

Same rules apply to guns.

You know this is just sad. You guys go around proclaim like women falsely accusing men of rape is a problem. Does it happen? Yeah. Is it a social problem? No. The number is extremely low, unlike rape and the number of rapists that never get punished. Rape culture is running rampant and this is a damn fine example of it.

I read a story in a magazine about this girl who had unprotected sex with her boyfriend and she was so ashamed of herself that she cut herself and ripped her clothes and then told the police that someone raped her. She even identified this poor random guy who didn't do anything wrong in police line ups because he matched her fake description.
She ruined an innocent person's life because of her own stupid mistake. Just reading about it filled me with rage.

Regrettable sex? Cry rape!

To everyone in the comments, this post isn't about having sex with a drunk girl who's passed out.

It's about the fact that if 2 drunk people have sex and the girl wakes up the next day sober, she can claim it was rape.

That's why I just make out with chicks instead. I would feel much better if I drunkenly slept with a woman.

The guy is a sleazebag, not a rapist. There's a difference. When you're ********* , you just tend to act upon your subconscious and do things that you secretly wanted to do without those morals getting in the way. If it's not forced or against her will, it's not rape; as simple as that. As a drunk, I've been banned from a town, I've madeout with munters and even one old woman (don't ask), I'd gotten myself into silly accidents where I'd broken my teeth but those were all my mistakes to live with. Problem with this god damn women is that they love to abuse the notion of feminism and falsely implement it as their sanctuary of innocence.

The guy could be pissed too. Is he still a sleazebag?

It's rape if a woman is not capable of consenting. As in completely ********* .
If she was just slightly drunk and loosened up a little and banged with some dude then it is not rape and blaming someone to justify your slutiness is wrong.

Just saiyan, a car lacks the ability to say "maybe not tonight".

Here's my argument:

Why the **** would you drink so much you can't see, walk, or not black out in the first place?

It's like doing cocaine and going to a childrens play ground.

Yeah, he didn't say this. I really really wish he did. Either way **** you faggot ********* OP ************ for being stupid enough to believe and post this. Bitchtits.

But isn't it her fault for drinking and driving?

Yes.

I understand a lot of women do can very easily be overpowered. However, to get yourself drunk in the first place, when you know you can be taken advantage of (let's say, you're not with friends you can trust not to let that happen to you), is stupid. But if you're genuinely forced into sex because you're too drunk to even try to get out of it, then both parties are at fault.

If you have two WKDs and go home with a cute guy you saw wink at you from across the bar, knowing what it's leading to, then it's not rape, it's consenual sex.

And before y'all get butthurt, as a woman, I have been in that situation, and I know I was both drunk, and knew exactly what I was doing.

"i was a slut last night and regretted it so I'm going to claim rape because i refuse to take responsibility for my own actions."
