I like how people keep insinuating that Islam only consists of a very small minority of radicals that give out death threats and whatnot.

This gives idiots on the internet fuel to justify their argument on ''hating feminists'' when you label all of them like this. You cannot use the term ''feminist'' as if it always has a negative connotation when it doesn't. I am sure this lady would be proud to call herself a feminist, calling her a womens right activist does not make her any less of a feminist. This is annoying for the people who realise that feminism has a whole different world seperate from the ****** picture of it painted on the internet.

Pic related, it's directed to myself.

I would say I'd have to agree, but it's more often than not these sort of comparisons, the content; not your argument, that adds fuel to the fire while being entirely misrepresented. It's a shallow approach to point at an obvious flaw in a concept by oversimplifying to express one's disagreement or frustration with the concept by the actions of a small, radical few.

It's the fanatics that take it just a tad too far that deserve the unanimous hatred for ruining it for everybody. Not the greater majority that get put into the same cubicle.
It's just that most people don't bother to look past their own noses, hence we get content like this just breeding further ignorance.

It's sad, really.

Well said. Would that more folk shared your insight. Feminism is not a dirty word, and it's deplorable that it's become such to so many people.

It's not even just those fat, lesbian, misandrist feminists that I hate, it's also those god damn pusedo student-activist type feminists who really jamble my jammies as well, especially posting all those "I need feminism because......" **** on tumblr. Whilst there are women out there in certain parts of the world standing up to abuse and oppression Islamic cultures or a 14 year old girl in Pakistan fighting for an education, all these westernized girls do instead is complain about petty issues. These petty issues include sexual objectifcation in the media (women fantasise various heartthrobs), rape jokes (how is it any different to jokes based on murder or war) or being called a slut (girls slutshame as well), putting themselves on the pedestal as if they're innocent victims and that being a female is a disadvantage. There are disadvantages of being a male as well but rather bitch and complain about it, I just develop and backbone and deal with it. The biggest joke of a feminist movement was the goddamn slutwalk! I can understand rape culture, I can understand the unfair victim blaming but it was just a poor excuse of dressing up like a slut and not being judged for it. How the **** it walking around in your underwear or fully naked empowering whatsoever? They really need to understand the concepts of human biology and evolution more clearly.

I'm seeing quite a few buttmad people on here that don't know the difference between 'Feminist' and '[Secular] Humanist'. The first advocates purely for one gender, while the second advocates for BOTH genders, regardless of who the person is -- it's for the progression of the whole of our species.

If you want to be progressive, you should be ashamed to call yourself a Feminist. Be a humanist instead and preach equality for everyone, rich and poor, young and old. (Inb4 buttmad ultra-liberals knocking me down a few pegs for opressing women)

For instance, people who believe that Adria is actually a feminist.

Feminism isn't about misandry. Feminist groups were actually really upset with Adria Richards. The whole radical "I AM A WOMAN AND YOU CAN DO NOTHING TO ME" stereotype is a very loud minority. To claim that all feminists are like this is, well, ridiculous. I've met a few feminists and even dated one, they were normal women who simply wanted to end sexism for both men and women. Hell, the one I dated liked porn. Sexism is still a huge issue today, and feminists are just some of the people addressing it.

But that still doesn't change the fact that some of the most "popular" feminists are in fact, femanazis, and help spread the idea that feminism is a war on the tyranny of men in general, when in fact, females do have a number of rights men don't, and even when your average male wants to see gender equality. Which is why I am a humanist, similar core beliefs when it comes to gender equality, and when I call out Femanazis on their radical ideas, all they can do is stutter and have spaghetti fall out of their pockets, when they accuse me of being a masculanist, and supporter of the patriarchy.

Awesome but, there seems to be a misunderstanding in the titles. Ayaan is indeed an activist, she publicly fights for women's rights. Adria is indeed a feminist, but a straw one from what I'm reading. She takes the word feminism and uses it as a shield. There are feminists, and they are not all crazy.

All feminists are radicals who must be taken out back and shot like dogs. I have never seen a feminist who didn't spew anti-male garbage and have its (not her because that's an oppressive word) ideology based on the imaginary "patriarchy."

They're all dumb libturds who need a BBC to choke on, in short.

Shooting feminists isn't vice, it's something all boys should be raised to aspire to in adulthood. I wish I could have a child to raise and craft into the proper Conservative.

Buy a gun, go into your local college, find where the libturds meet, find the privilege counter and kill them all.

Sound like you are the one who needs to be taken out behind the shed and shot. This is not the way to deal with things you disagree with. I mean, in just one ******* comment you made, conservatives, legal gun owners, and individual parenting look like a national tragedy and made college shootings sound like a sport to you.

I may not be a full blown conservative, I am a legal gun owner, and I know how to raise children to be good, productive members of society and you sir are a disgraceful piece of **** that should have been aborted.

Added I don't give a **** if you are trying to troll or not, some things should never be said, and the fact that you thought about this alone makes me question your sanity, let alone if you actually meant this.

This is the future of society we're talking about here. The feminists don't want to play it fair, so why should us males? This political movement of "women's advancement" has gone too far and works to completely shatter what is left of the male/female relationship. You may look at feminists as irrelevant bitches, but their way of thinking is only expanding, still without any resistance.

Kill them, and leave no prisoners.
