Sweden (Pirate Bay) and Spain (some Spanish billionair) own Sealand's territory. Finland doesn't really own Sealand. That's what I dont understand, since in modern day strips you can sometimes see Prussia. So I dont know if its like Rome and his ghost is just being.... well, Prussia or since he became East Germany he's just lingering around the remains of that area.

I think the canon modern day strips (not counting events where Sealand and Prussia are seen in the same room at the same time, despite Prussia dying twice before Sealand was born), we don't see Prussia.
Such as, he's seen at the begining of the movie, which is not part of the story, however he's not IN the movie.

I thought the valentines strip was set in modern day. Ah well. Thats sort of depressing though, he's one of my favourites. I'd still like to think his ghost haunts Germany and Austria just to take the piss.

No, I feel as a character it's rare that he shows any depth, but in fanart and fiction I love him. And I think I like how flustered he makes Germany; big, bad WWII Germany taking over Europe and invading Russia with a "brb" type goodbye, but one word from Italy can leave him speechless and tripping over his own thoughts.

I like him in fanfictions when I come across him, its just he seems annoying in the anime. And the new anime sorta made him a little worse so far.

It is a cute pairing I agree, I just dont like Italy enough to bother looking up doujins or fanfics specifically for them.
