The highest calorie salad is 450 calories, which is one of the ridiculous ones that has bacon and chicken, and goes all the way down to 20 calories for a side salad and 90 calories for a ceasar salad without chicken. Even the typical chicken ceasar salad is 190 calories. The McDouble, which is one of the smallest burgers, is 390 calories, and a hamburger without cheese is 240 calories. The burgers go all the way up to 790 calories for an Angus Bacon and Cheese, which is equivalent to the 450 calorie premium salad. Salads will always be less fattening than greasy, fast food hamburgers; even McDonald's can't inject calories into lettuce.
