How do you get Protein and Iron?


Can you eat Fish?
Dairy?
Eggs?

dude.. not trying to be 'that guy', but protein is in pretty much everything we eat.. just in lower quantities, which is good, because the human body doesn't need the amount we consume..

also, iron is found in many fruits and vegetables..

Yes , I can eat fish, dairy and eggs. Most of the dieting is run by my parents. But it seems that meat in large amounts causes nausea. *shrugy shrug*

vegans piss me off, this obnoxious vegan wearing fucking hemp EVERYTHING came into the restaurant where i work which has nothing vegan friendly. he gets all pissy when he realizes we have nothing vegan friendly and continues to flash his veganism all over the place and even says "I've never had meat in my entire life."
