Feels like every "vegan" I know gives up in like a year and is like why did I even do that.

Yeah, except pigs are ASSHOLES. Why, just three months ago a farmer fell into his pig pen and cracked his head, and while he was out his pigs ATE him.

We can eat products that are not dead animals/fish and still get all the proteins and vitamins we need. It's a mater of choice.

Just sayin'

mother nature isn't stupid though. She made us with the ability to eat both plants and animals for a reason.

There is no way to get enough Vitamin A from plant sources. Same with EPA and DHA, creatine...your body can produce some, but not nearly enough for a healthy diet.

It is not possible to be a "vegan" in modern society. The practice is stupid an immoral, especially when these freaks impose their hippie culture on children:

Eggs and milk products are rich with vitamin A. Now, I know vegans despise eating eggs, but it's just pointless, because there's no life in them. It's just an unfertilized egg, it has no potential for life. In fact, a plant has more life in it than an egg does.

I don't understand vegans, I don't see how not eating anything coming from an animal makes you a better human, it's just not clear to me.

As for me, I don't eat meat or fish, or anything killed, but that's just because I love animals and I don't like them being killed/in pain because of me. Not out of some misplaced belief system. It's a personal preference.

Nice research, btw.

I think they dislike the conditions that cows and chickens are kept in to produce milk and eggs.
#226 to #78 - anonymous (01/22/2013) [-]
Yes, often then conditions are inhumane. But instead of researching if the animals are mistreated (sometimes they really are not, in some rural areas) and then behaving accordingly, or buying eggs and milk from local fair farmers, they just take it for granted that milking is cruel, period. And it is sad, because that one stupid decision can make a man stupid for life, because the mind and body cannot function and develop and grow without those proteins/vitamins, however "noble" vegans are.

How do you get Protein and Iron?

Can you eat Fish?
Dairy?
Eggs?
User avatar #224 to #86 - nogphille (01/22/2013) [-]
dude.. not trying to be 'that guy', but protein is in pretty much everything we eat.. just in lower quantities, which is good, because the human body doesn't need the amount we consume..

also, iron is found in many fruits and vegetables..
#90 to #86 - lazragoon (01/22/2013) [-]
Yes , I can eat fish, dairy and eggs. Most of the dieting is run by my parents. But it seems that meat in large amounts causes nausea. *shrugy shrug*
