There is no way to get enough Vitamin A from plant sources. Same with EPA and DHA, creatine...your body can produce some, but not nearly enough for a healthy diet.
It is not possible to be a "vegan" in modern society. The practice is stupid an immoral, especially when these freaks impose their hippie culture on children:

Eggs and milk products are rich with vitamin A. Now, I know vegans despise eating eggs, but it's just pointless, because there's no life in them. It's just an unfertilized egg, it has no potential for life. In fact, a plant has more life in it than an egg does.
I don't understand vegans, I don't see how not eating anything coming from an animal makes you a better human, it's just not clear to me.
As for me, I don't eat meat or fish, or anything killed, but that's just because I love animals and I don't like them being killed/in pain because of me. Not out of some misplaced belief system. It's a personal preference.
Nice research, btw.

Yes, often then conditions are inhumane. But instead of researching if the animals are mistreated (sometimes they really are not, in some rural areas) and then behaving accordingly, or buying eggs and milk from local fair farmers, they just take it for granted that milking is cruel, period. And it is sad, because that one stupid decision can make a man stupid for life, because the mind and body cannot function and develop and grow without those proteins/vitamins, however "noble" vegans are.

Lol my brother things that if all meat just disappeared from earth, everybody would be perfectly happy being vegitarian.
