I'll gladly help hyrule. It essentially revolves around the adventures of an alien, from a planet called Galifrey. He is of an alien race, known as Time Lord. He travels through time and space, fighting monsters, aliens, and pretty much being a bad ass. His spaceship is a blue British Police Telephone Box, that is bigger on the inside. The effects range from terrible to amazing. The writing likewise, but for the most part is absolutely amazing. Characters likewise. I have a list of best episodes if you like.

It's good if you want to kill an hour.
Sci-fi comedy, with ocassional horror/drama undertone.
Interesting characters that get switched off just when they've done their job.
