It is implied that Misha may have an inner ear problem, shown by how she talks loudly all the time and gets dizzy on stairs.

I never said that it doesn't say that. It actually specifies that Yamaku DOES accept non-disabled students that don't have mental disabilities. I've never seen anything about Misha having a form of ear issue, though that's not an impossible thought either.

I don't think I can speculate it really, just because looking through the bio for the characters on the website it's very open about any disabilities the characters may have and nothing like that is mentioned. Then again, neither is the OCD/ADHD theory that I do tend to lean towards so that may be more so my own bias towards theories

Well the devs did cut out parts of the game, so Its possible they just left in some of the things that hinted at an ear problem.

One thing I think they cut out that I think wouldve been interesting was a bit about Misha's parents knowing about her being gay, and sending her off to Yamaku because of it.

I cant remember if a dev said that or if I just read it on a forum somewhere, but I thought it wouldve been interesting to show how people consider some things that are completely normal to be "disabilities" It wouldve meshed well with the games themes

I just realized she didn't say anything in the content, the contradiction lies in most of the comments, reaction pics.

What is difficult to understand on the other hand is where did she actually speak? Only 1 person spoke and it's the one on the left.
