There should be a Penn and Teller channel, there must be a Penn and Teller channel.

easy, he only has diamond 9's in his deck.
#66 to #61 - anonymous (01/11/2013) [-]
Or he forced the 9 of diamonds, I've not seen the actual trick.

That show annoyed me, the back room judges don't even know what a false cut is, so one guy got through by doing a card trick with four absurdly obvious false cuts, and they claimed Penn and Teller were wrong for calling it.

That was a cool magic trick, but it never really happened, it was just a display of a Moa, a type of bird that went extinct in New Zealand a few hundred years ago.

**amsel rolled a random image posted in comment #2 at miku hatsune :D **
This picture doesn't do the trick any justice:

The guy tossed a ball around the crowd to pick 4 random people. The first picked a color, the next a suit, the next "high or low," and the last an actual card. The audience winds up settling on Nine of Diamonds. He then pulls out a deck from the box, shows the audience that all except for three of the cards are blank, and then pulls those three out, spelling "YOUR CARD IS THE." He then shuffles the presumably blank deck and places it down in front of the already revealed cards, snaps his fingers, and spreads them out to reveal the words "NINE OF DIAMONDS." Penn and Teller (famous magicians) guessed that he used a second deck at some point which was also in the box. The host begins to answer the question for the magician, but the magician cuts him off and opens the box, revealing a card with the word "NO" at the bottom.

Definitely worth a watch on youtube. Plenty of people have already posted the link.

I watched this one a couple weeks ago. It was kinda boring, tbh, except for the end. The whole time you just have no idea wtf he's doing.

This is prolly my favorite one of all, though, for those who are interested.
