But while it was sitting there it accomplished both of it's goals besides killing people:
1. Nothing
2. Making you forget about your tiny penis

Drugs don't get people high, people get themselves high. Let's give everybody some heroin and expect that nobody will use it.
Fukken logic.
Fukken logic.
People do get themselves high. With drugs. Or paint. Or air dusters. Or anything that can kill you that is supposed to be used for something else, like your fine example of hemp which can be used medically.
Yet another fine example of how resourceful people with desperate needs can be. Because of people.

Yay, more of this bullshit! Why don't we ALL just start posting things so we can get thumbs and people to stroke our egos instead of JUST FUCKING BEING FUNNY.
**xxospreyxx rolled user bloodtear ** Guns don't kill people....but this person does.
"Guns don't kill people people kill people"
People with guns kill people. It's harder to take down a crowd wielding a knife.

Gun control isn't about pointing the blame on weapons, it's about simply taking away the object that is the cause of harm. Jesus, you people are stupid.
It's like if you give someone alcohol and a car. Sure the alcohol didn't force the person to drive and crash, nor did the car make the person drunk. It's simply an act of extra precaution to remove harm causing substances.
Why is this so hard to understand?

Don't call me 'stupid', buddy - YOU are teh one who has clearly not thought deeply into this issue:
"Gun Control isn't about putting the blame on weapons". Oh, really? Though this usually dips into the 'conspiracy' realm, there is TONS of evidence to suggest that our Federal Government is systematically disarming the U.S. populace so that they can exercise more control over our lives. (This applies to other countries as well)
...that is to say, maybe for good people like you, it's not about control...but for our politicians, it's PRECISELY ABOUT CONTROL.
2. "The object that is the cause of harm..." is THE PERSON'S SICK BRAIN! *THAT* is that needs to be fixed. Take away guns, and they'll murder people with knives (like in Japan) or with a pipebomb. It's our sick, wimpy, bullying, hyperactive Culture that needs to be fixed... then maybe these young Introverts won't keep snapping and these mass shootings won't happen!
All of that notwithstanding... if you want to ban guns IN YOUR LOCALITY (state, city, whatever), then fine... I am disagreeing with a Federal gun Ban, which the Federal Gov't has no right to do. But i think you'll find that there will be many undesirable consequences from doing that. Suffices to say... better make sure that all the "bad people" are removed from your community at the same time! Or else, you're gonna remove one of the best self-defense tools available to humans... and you can bet that the criminals still in your community will still have guns!

Because you're basically trying to eat soup with a fork. I'd love a gun free society, but unfortunately too many people have guns. Other countries, other people, and our own governments. I live in Illinois and 70% of gun crimes are committed with unregistered guns meaning they have no serial number and cannot be tracked, we can thank Chicago for that. If people are known for anything besides stupidity, it's perseverance and if they truly want to get something, they will. Why in the name a zombie jesus would we want to go after the facilities with means for non-criminal citizens to get guns? How about we give more power to police and stop with this shoot to wound bullshit. You think a piece a paper will really stop crime?

Here's the bottom line, bro - our Society and Culture needs to heal from the sickness that got those guns there in the first place.
Until then, yes - let people defend their lives and property with guns - believe it or not, there are *thousands* of cases annually in the U.S. where guns are used to stop crimes.

Until this recent shooting the worst school shootings were committed in Britain and Germany. In China there have been multiple accounts of a man with a knife stabbing several dozen children. Your argument against this country being the dumbest is groundless and incorrect.
Here is a link to back up my information as opposed to your biased opinion.

P.S. #1 weapon used in crime, a baseball bat. Bonus: When a police chief in DC was asked about gun control he said they had some of the strictest in the nation and still had one of the worst crime rates.

It's worthless arguing with a foreigner because you are too ignorant to understand the political climate of the United States.
But seriously, if you're going to call the Americans retarded, sign in and be a man about it. Don't hide behind your pussy ass anonymity.

I'm the keyboard warrior? Really?
Please, look at your own comment, read what you said. If I'm a keyboard warrior you must be too, the only difference is when I open my mouth shit doesn't spew out of it.
Just give me a break.

Guns don't kill people, people kill people. And so do monkeys. If they have a gun.

Hey. I'd rather be walking past a group of neds on the way home in the dark than be walking past a group of armed neds on the way home in the dark. There's no arguing over gun control on this website since 90% of the people here are still in school. They are probably the same people who ''can't wait for a zombie apocalypse''...
That's implying that they have the experience required to shoot a gun accurately at any distance. It doesn't take much practice to stab someone. Honestly, I'd rather them be equipped with a tool that they are ineffective at using as opposed to one that anyone can use effectively. Punks also tend to prey on the weak, the chance of an elderly person escaping from an aggressor is not likely. Also, I'd prefer being able to carry my own gun to use in case of an imminent threat as opposed to relying on laws that are trying to prevent such threats from occurring in the first place. The threat of being attacked by the victim is a much greater preventative measure than the risk of being imprisoned.
But tools like that will always exist in one form or another. Assuming you could take guns out of criminal hands (which you can't), it would still make no difference in the amount of crime and death actually occurring. You're merely trying to declaw a lion only to be ripped apart by its teeth. Also, you don't instantly fall over dead when your shot, unless they manage to make a 1/100 shot to the right part of the head. There is usually time to retaliate, and gunshot wounds are not usually fatal if treated in a timely manner.
Because there are others with different opinions? Isn't the point of an argument to convince those with differing viewpoints that your opinion is the most correct? Sure, you can go discuss it with people that exclusively side with you, but that is simply preaching to the choir. I don't think I said anything that would make me come off as a kid with a zombie-apocalypse fantasy. Also, referencing the previous post, shooting a gun accurately is something that does take time, money, and effort, none of which criminals are willing to give up. Try shooting a gun and you'll realize that there is far more to it than pointing and pulling the trigger .

Both, actually. You can get an airsoft or paintball gun almost anywhere, and police quite often use shotgun shells filled with rubber BBs instead of metal that apparently hurt like a son of a bitch Also there are blanks that are essentially bullets without actual projectiles (just gunpowder and casing) and are mostly just for special effects, starting races and shutting a room full of people up, though will kill you if you put the gun against your head.
