You know that feeling you get when you're standing in a high place with a sudden urge to jump?
nova always has the urge to jump off really high places into water while spinning, and when he's in the air he makes the sound of the music from tony's club (either that or its from the trailer or something, i forget)

I enjoyed Farcry but I got bored after I unlocked all of towers, beat all the outpost, did the main story and a good portion of the side quest. The multiplayer is very fun as long as you can stand grinding to get the good guns and have a good connection but the removed vehicles and some of the mechanics that mad the single player so good. The single player experience was still very good despite SPOILER! vaas dying in a bullshit way even though they focused all of their advertising on him SPOILER! , despite that I think the single player alone is worth buying it for.
Just rent both if you can't decide or borrow them from a friend. But if you absolutely have to Id just get Farcry because it gives you an open world with a lot of things to do and the weapons and vehicles feel good to use.

I spent 3 hours last night hunting relics, currently im at like 111/120. I only found about 25 in those 3 hours..shit be crazy man. I plan on literally 100% this game (campaign and co-op wise) and eventually multiplayer. And honestly doing that is going to add many many hours to the game.
Not to mention, now that I've beaten the campaign I spend time playing poker (losing) and testing out the fire mechanics on unsuspecting herds of buffalo in large grassy plains.... Unfortunately the fire doesn't spread indefinitely -_-

Well that's the downside to sandboxes. When you buy a sandbox, you have to accept that at one point you'll have all the weapons/bonuses/perks/etc. and you'll have access to the entire map and a full arsenal of whateverthefuck. And if you don't find that fun, then you need to be able to enjoy unlocking it all again.
I know when I played Saints Row 2, I beat it once, unlocked everything, then got bored with it. A few months later I picked it up again, started my game over, and it's been my favorite ever since. I think that by removing yourself from the game, you get to miss it, and everything is just that much better when you bring it back.

I have played both for at least 12 hours each.
Dishonored is great but ends rather quickly, there are a fair few side stories but in my opinion it would've been a little better if they had added a lot more side quests/Areas to explore. (But I still love the game a lot)
Far Cry 3 is also great and it has a large amount of things for you to do, albeit some of them are incredibly similar to the last thing you did, but despite this the gameplay feels new and fresh the entire way through the game, the story is pretty darn amazing (Just as good as Dishonored in my opinion).
So to be fair I would say that they are both worth purchasing but I would recommend that you go on Youtube and watch some quick videos and read a few reviews first.
Enjoy dude.

Farcry!
Much better character personality and synchronization. AWESOME graphics. Nice Story and Character development. Multiplayer is okay too. Sick shit and options EVERYWHERE!
Dishonored:
Graphics from 1998, bazillion options too kills targets but this is it's downfall because it makes it easy as fuck. Story is meh. Character development isnt existing. Synchro is shit. And it doesnt have this "wow" feeling that keeps you playing forever.
Pic related, farcry gets you laid

I have 56 hours of Dishonored under my belt so I'm going to call Bullshit on you. Dishonored is an amazing game, I'd even put it up on par with Bioshock. The game has many ways of accomplishing objectives. Disonored's story i felt was great, but i think s lot of games have greta storylines. Also, not every game can have Crysis caliber graphics and they don't determine if a game is great or not.
So just to wrap it up, both games are great. Dishonored is great. Far Cry is great.

I think Dishonored was as long as it needed to be. The entire thing was very tight and well-constructed, and even if it wasn't 60 hours long, it never bogged you down with things like travelling across vast expanses of nothing or endless sidequests only good for getting more money.
I'd rather have 12 or so hours of greatness than 90+ hours of mostly boring stuff.

Depends.Do you like shooting and exporing or being an stealthy mothafucka who has magical powers?
There's actually a quest when you're supposed to jump down there, but there are higher places you can hang-glide off of and fly over the ocean

When i got there I accidentally walked over the campfire and then it pushed me off the fire and then while trying to put out the flames I fell off but the water put out the fire so it all worked out fine
I see all these far cry posts and I'm stuck on the freaking mission where you have to protect that guy in the rice fields.
