well I find the internet started off as a way we could be who we wanted and everyone had a lot of freedom, it was cool being in on the inside jokes across the web and knowing that not everyone else was. The internet has opened a wide range of opertunities for all kinds of people around the globe. sadly now it seems everyone is trying to jump on the band wagon causing the original appeal of places like funnyjunk or 4chan to be lost with every person spamming misused memes on Facebook in example I had a co worker aproch me last night making "le" jokes thinking he was so original and funny and it was sad to see how far our uniqueness had degraded
