No. one of the major themes of fallout is the american retro futuristic society, like all the uncle sam propaganda and what not

In the Fallout lore, Europe gets obliterated worse then America or China...

Exactly, and that's why it'd be interesting.
Imagine!
In England, the only real firearms available for widespread public use are Air Rifles, and if society is in ruins it'd make the game a helluva lot harder as there wouldn't be as many places for trading or **** like that.

I have, and that's what i'm basing my idea off.
Imagine the Metro playing style with the Fallout RPG backdrop placed over it.

I think there'd be more places to trade because we don't have as much open countryside beside our national parks. This means it could be 1:1 scale.

You guys are jerks- there are perfect living quarters like that couch all over the place in Detroit. What moves have you made to help the homeless? That's what I thought.

Detroit seems like a fun place to play paintball if it werent for all the gangsters, druggies, rapists, etc.

The History Channel's "life after people" series literally uses parts of Detroit as examples of what decaying civilization looks like.

Bethesda probably had a glitch, and accidentally turned this location in detroit into a fallout 4 scene.

Am I the only one that liked NV a little more than 3? Mainly because of the ******* subway system. And the fact that NV was a bit more than just grey, grey, oh look more grey, grey....

You know what was my FAVORITE part of fallout 3? The fact that one time i was over encumbered with nothing but **** that would sell for an assload of caps(like, well it was a while ago, and i dont remember the cap ratio thing but imagine about 3 or 4 , maybe even 5 times the average good haul) so i had to walk from like, the tree quest area, to the boat place on the bottom right of the map... lets just say, walking through every tunnel and city to get there as fast as possible... is quite annoying. SO DONT EVEN TEEEELL ME! ABOUT THE ******* TUNNELS!

the guns felt so ****** in nv. it seemed like the only smart way to play was to use melee weapons. a fallout where i feel like i have to play a specific way isnt a good fallout.

but to each their own.

I liked the general gameplay of New Vegas(iron sights, survival and reputation) but I enjoyed the scenery more of Fallout 3. I HATED New Vegas's scenery. Oh look more desert. Hey look a town! No wait, nothing there. **** **** **** CAZADORS! .....and now boones dead and I cant find EDE because he decided to go psycho and kill everything.

New Vegas was far too glitchy(and I built my machine to be more than powerful enough to handle FNV but vanilla it runs like absolute ****.) pic related.its a screen I made.

Actually, I loved the subway tunnels, it made 3 a bit more fun to explore, the main reason I liked Vegas a lot less was because you couldn't just wander off and explore...
(Well, you could, but it was limited...)
