In all my years on the internet as a female, I swear I have taken so much shit. I've tried to stand up for my gender when we get bashed on and I've tried to be as reasonable as possible in my arguments while considering the other persons POV but I always receive torrents of negativity, red thumbs, insults, been called a feminazi etc. I'm glad to see it's being acknowledged. I feel like humans are evolving and becoming more intelligent finally. Intelligent enough to recognise there needs to be no war between genders but that WE CAN ALL FUCKING PLAY VIDEO GAMES TOGETHER IN PEACE!!

I know not all guys are like that either but I've had to deal with sexism a lot as a female and never really said anything about it, coz if you do it's just an opportunity for them to take the piss out of you even more. This happens on the internet AND in real life.

I'm glad somebody recognised that females don't have it all fine and dandy compared to males. I'm still in the position of being against feminism due to its bull shit arguments and ironic behaviour. But this is one thing that FJ pisses me off about, girl gamers do exist and some know more about games than you ever will know, so grow the fuck up and stop making our gender look like savage pigs.

My girlfriend built her own gaming computer (don't ask me what she uses because I honestly don't know shit about computers) and she plays all sorts of stuff:
Fallout (all of them, even Tactics and a Van Buren demo), Hitman, every Need for Speed title under the sun, Mafia, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six, Dragon Age, The Witcher, Bioshock, Max Payne, AC, several GTA titles, Daggerfall through Skyrim, as well as WoW for 5 years. I didn't even know she liked to play games until after we started dating. I asked why the hell she never mentioned something she obviously really enjoys doing, and she pretty much summed up this comic. I felt pretty bummed out after I heard that, so I took her for ice cream.
