I'd read up to the point where i got the book and stop. I fucking hate spoilers.
Flick to last page, "Then he was hit by a Bus just after I handed him the Book"
But then wouldn't there be a part of the book about you reading the book? And that would be about you reading the book about you reading the book.

It's not definitely going to happen unless you read it.
Still though, I'd read up to the current day, since I can't say I remember too much of it.

I would just skip to the last few pages to see how and when I die so I know where not to be that day.
Is there an index, so I could look up specific things? Like when I'll have kids, disasters like car crashes, and illness?
